WHY DO I HAVE AN AXESS HOLD,
AND HOW CAN I LIFT IT?
In 2019, in response to historically low voter registration rates at Stanford, the Undergraduate Senate and Graduate Student Council passed ASSU Resolution UGS-W2019-18.
In accordance with this resolution, a Civic Engagement Course Enrollment Hold is placed on Axess every fall to encourage every undergraduate and graduate student to register to vote.
